
The Senior Benefits Foundation is a true 501(c)3 non-profit, as defined by the Internal Revenue Service.
This means that we are NOT a for-profit company, and our charter states that we MUST serve a social benefit to society.
Our charter mission statement is:
"The mission of the Senior Benefits Foundation is to help improve retirement decisions through education, by distributing complimentary, easy-to-understand educational literature."

MISSION STATEMENT: The Senior Benefits Foundation is a private non-profit organization and is not affiliated in any way with the United States Government, the Social Security Administration or the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The mission of the Senior Benefits Foundation is to help improve retirement decisions through education. In our service to promote this goal, we provide access to educational publications on Social Security and Medicare of our own creation that we feel are easier to understand than the government issued publications. The publications being offered by the Senior Benefits Foundation have not been approved or endorsed by the federal government, and are not meant to take the place of information and publications available free of charge from the government. They will be delivered in person by a representative of the Senior Benefits Foundation holding a state issued professional license for senior related products and services. The Senior Benefits Foundation is approved as an exempt organization pursuant to IRS code 501(c)(3).
